On April 15 and May 15, 2020, the Board of Directors and the General Meeting of Shareholders of L'AFRICAINE VIE respectively took place
Company.
These two gatherings took place both in the boardroom of L'AFRICAINE VIE and by videoconference in compliance with the recommended social distancing measures. It was an opportunity to take stock of the achievements
of the year 2019, and to adopt new provisions applied to shareholders and directors.
As for the achievements, they amount to 3 833 127 473 FCFAfor an annual forecast of 3 500 000 000 FCFAthis represents an increase of 30.16% 30.16% compared to
fiscal year 2018, which was 2,944,825,314 FCFA. Details of its figures can be found at

At the end of the Board of Directors and thanks to the General Manager, the staff was
to reward them for their work but also to encourage them to achieve even greater results in the coming years.
